This album is Recorded using tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and was created to help with sleep. It has 16 short tracks moving the listener down thru the spectrum of our brainwaves using binaural beats. The 1st 8 have background sounds and tracks 9-16 have the background removed, so with crystal bowls only in case you prefer listening that way. Each track uses frequencies that align with the colors of the 7 major chakras. The background sounds to the 1st thru 8th tracks are what I imagine for each of the chakras elements. I made the tonal center for the tuned bowls in this project 432 hz which aligns with sacred geometry. Remember you must use headphones when listening to be able to benefit from the binaural beat technology. I hope you find this to be a useful tool for moving into a state of deep meditation, or sleep.
